Relating to the May 1983 Raids
A
full page advertisement from the Sunday World of 19th June 1983. This
was from the month following the raid, when the station started to run
its £6000 giveaway, and had moved channels slightly from 819kHz
to 828kHz. This was possibly due to 828kHz being an allocated Irish
frequency and any resulting complaints from foreign countries of alleged
interference could be dismissed. Radio Nova were also still running
on low power at this time. |
