Starlight Radio was an offshoot of Central Radio and heard during August 1986. The station was logged on 17th August 1986 on 1404kHz with Jim Brown. Jim was announcing as 214m, and gives mentions for some other MW stations in the North Liverpool area. He also said he might relay Concept Radio later on.
