Radio Nova was a station
heard with a test broadcast over Easter weekend 1990 broadcasting on
100.35MHz and 102.3MHz FM from
Wirral. During that broadcast they promised to be back as a full time station in June,
but it is not known if this ever happened. |

1990_04_14_sat_nova_1003fm_1830-2145_kevinjordan_mattblack-gh744.mp3 New Feb 2023 | A test transmission over the Easter weekend from Radio Nova. The recording features mainly Kevin Jordan up until around 9pm, when he is followed by Matt Black. The micriphones are a bit low, and it is not certain if this is the same Matt Black as ran Radio Caroline North in the early 80s. Recorded near Blackpool from 100.35MHz in mono. Ther is a lot of crackling due to the distance, and also some hum on the transmission itself. |
