Concept Radio began broadcasting regularly
in the area of
104.3MHz FM, around October 1985 with
operators Jim Lowe and Tom Webb. They also linked up with Central
Radio at times. In the 1990's the station was heard
on 106.7MHz, but then moved down to around 87.7MHz to avoid new local
radio stations in the Liverpool area. Concept FM continues to this
day on Bank Holidays, using 100.8MHz. |
