Radio Mercury operated between 1985 and 1987, broadcasting to Greater Glasgow but was heard over quite a wide area
in it's day, including into parts of Ayrshire. The station was heard on
97.5MHz, and later on 96.1MHz. |

Colin Scott introduces the broadcast and there were interviews amongst the Simple Minds music. As received on 97.5MHz. The audio was a a little up and down, with some distortion and transmitter issues in places. Many thanks to Alistair for originally sending this tape back in the 1980s. |
