This list is a rough guide to common stations that can be heard often, of course only if the band is open. At certain times of the year, eg the start of the mw dx season in September / October, often the band is wide open night after night.

Obviously with propagation, not all stations are heard every night, and certainly not an armchair copy at all times. No claim is being made of this. What I am saying, is that especially since the Perseus technnology was introduced in 2007, stations that were once thought of as good dx are in fact heard every night during the times when the band is open. One station sticks out in my mind as surprisingly regular, and that is ESPN 1000 in Chicago, when I once thought it as good DX.

These stations would not normally be listed in my log book/ blog, because they are common, or even only relatively common. The exception would be of course a very powerful signal, or some other more unusual thing, or simply a mad notion to list every station ided at a certain time.
