Radio Floss broadcast from North West London on 1350kHz / 222m between late 1979 and early 1985.  Some of the station staff then re-appeared as Three Borough Radio later in 1985 on the same frequency of 1350kHz, but later moved to 1125kHz.

Radio Floss Recordings

1983_04_02_sat_floss_1350am_1215-1400_debbie_the_phone_girl-gh455.mp3 New Aug 2022 The station, normally only heard on a Sunday was unusually heard on Easter Saturday 2nd April 1983 as an additional broadcast.  This is a partially airchecked recording of 'Debbie The Phone Girl' between around 12:15 and 2pm. She announces a lot of local information.  The recording was made from 1350kHz in the car whilst on the move around West London, hence the airchecks and odd fade. 62MB
1983_08_07_sun_floss_1350am_1205-1413_timallen_woody_bobwilliams-gh466.mp3 New Aug 2022 Two hours of Tim Allen and 'Woody Woodpecker' announcing their 'final' shows on Radio Floss on 7th August 1983.  Bob Williams follows at 2pm after a six week break. As received in Ickenham on 1350kHz.  There is a bit of a heterodyne whistle at the end of the recording from an unknown source. 117MB
